I want to share my experience of cooperation with this dealership. At the end of November 2022, I purchased a used Honda CR-V car from them from trade-in. The car was in good condition, clean, no obvious remarks, with a fresh inspection. After the first operating experience, I found out that there are vibrations when accelerating. A week later, I contacted the manager who sold me this car and told him about the problem. The next day, a service representative contacted me and set a date for the diagnosis. After 10 days, I arrived for diagnostics and after 30 minutes I took a clean and serviceable car. After updating the software, the problem went away. All work was done free of charge.
