Biggest Upgrades from the Previous Year

In the 2023 lineup, two base models from 2022 have been axed - TLX and Tech. Acura also kept the same engines for this year’s models, which means performance is pretty much the same for both years’ lineups. You can find more information about the 2022 lineup here.

Interior Layout and Options

Most of the upgrades were made on interior details, including revised control positions and different materials for surfaces: kevlar, natural wood, and aluminium. All models have a 10.2-inch HD touchpad, auto-dimming rearview mirror, dual-zone automatic climate control, parking sensors (front and rear), keyless access, and HandsFreeLink.

Exterior Layout and Options

The Acura TLX has plenty of standard exterior features across all models. These include a dual-rectangle exhaust tip, front splash guards, front windshield de-icer, heated side mirrors, power moonroof with sliding shade, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and approach puddle lights.

Technology, Infotainment, and Connectivity

All models are compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and have access to AcuraLink subscription services. Additionally, you’ll find a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth streaming audio, HD radio, a USB connector, and a 3D Premium Audio System by ELS Studio with 17 speakers. The surround-view camera is available only for the Platinum Elite and Type S trims, while only the Platinum Elite has a colour head-up display. The A-Spec is the only trim with a multi-angle rearview camera.

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features

Passive safety features and driving assists surround all trims of the TLX, like airbags for the front seats, traction control, and vehicle stability assist. Some standard features across all trims include blindspot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, rear cross-traffic monitoring, and traffic jam assist.
